We hold no listings and take no commissions — not from agents, not from developers, not from a sale going through. We're paid by the reader. That means we're free to say hold off, or walk away, when the evidence points that way — and we're built to.

Every figure is drawn from official Singapore sources — URA, SLA, LTA, MAS, MOE — and named where it appears. The institutions are the authority; we do the analysis and show the working.
