Accountability

Corrections & our source-integrity guarantee

Trust is the whole product. Every figure we publish is traced to a named source, and we'd rather hold a report than ship a number we can't stand behind. Here's what we guarantee, and what we do when we get something wrong.

The guarantee

What we guarantee — source-integrity

We guarantee that every figure cited from a source faithfully reproduces that source. If we show a URA transaction, a rental contract or a Master Plan figure, it matches the record we name.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of a score, a forecast or a model estimate. Those are our analysis over the data — labelled as estimates, shown with confidence bands, and honestly uncertain. Guaranteeing them would be a promise no honest analyst can make.

If we're wrong

If a sourced figure is wrong

If a figure we've presented as sourced does not faithfully reproduce its source, and it's a material error we can't stand behind, we refund your report in full. This is the guarantee referenced at checkout.

Process

How we handle corrections

  1. Tell us — point us at the figure and the source.
  2. We investigate against the original record.
  3. If it's wrong, we correct the report and tell you what changed and why.
  4. We keep a record of material corrections.
Held reports

When the gate can't verify a figure

Our verification gate checks every report before it's shown. If it can't verify a critical figure, it holds the report rather than show you something suspect — an honest hold notice, never a broken number. See how the gate works.

Verdari is independent research to inform your own decision — not financial advice, and not a valuation. The source-integrity guarantee covers exactly that: the fidelity of a cited figure to its named source, not the outcome of any forecast.
