Trust is the whole product. Every figure we publish is traced to a named source, and we'd rather hold a report than ship a number we can't stand behind. Here's what we guarantee, and what we do when we get something wrong.
What we guarantee — source-integrity
We guarantee that every figure cited from a source faithfully reproduces that source. If we show a URA transaction, a rental contract or a Master Plan figure, it matches the record we name.
Scores and model estimates are analysis over the data, with no guarantee of accuracy. Low/base/high price scenarios compound an assumed purchase price using different growth assumptions. They are conditional calculations, not calibrated probabilities or independent predictions of a future sale price.
If a sourced figure is wrong
If a figure we've presented as sourced does not faithfully reproduce its source, and it's a material error we can't stand behind, we refund your report in full. This is the guarantee referenced at checkout.
How we handle corrections
- Tell us — point us at the figure and the source.
- We investigate against the original record.
- If it's wrong, we correct the report and tell you what changed and why.
- We keep a record of material corrections.
